Configure your system

Go to the management menu and browse through the available settings. If your system includes the Mobile App then you may want to set up the interface for that as well.

 

Check list

  1. Set up student access
    1.  Is it enabled/allowed
    2. Can student change their password
    3. What can they see
  2. Set up parent access
    1.  Is it enabled/allowed
    2. Can parent change their password
    3. What can they see
  3. Set up application access
    1. Are online applications allowed
    2. What type are allowed
    3. Can returning students register online
  4. Set up staff access
    1. Can staff change their password
    2. What information are they allowed to edit
